Billy was flexible with scheduling pickup/dropoff, provided detailed instruction with videos, and was very responsive to questions before and during the trip, even while on vacation.

The RV, 'The Turtleshell', was clean, stocked with unexpected items, and had comfortable beds. Guests appreciated its spaciousness, especially for kids, and found it well-equipped for camping.

5.0First time renting an RV and all I can say is that my group and I were extremely well taken care of. Billy was communicative (despite being on vacation for his 20th anniversary), professional, and right there with us along the whole way! 10/10
