5Working with the Gridleys was everything I would hope for as a renter! Their Opus 4 camper was amazingly clean, perfectly apportioned with all the accessories I could possibly need and everything functioned. Mathew gave me a solid walk through, knew all the ins and outs and potential questions and was just awesome to work with. Pickup / walk around and turn in were both about 30 minutes and smoothly executed. I absolutely would rent this unit again from them for any off grid / trail adventure. My trip was up to Michigan in some unpaved state forest roads/ land and the Opus 4 camper ate up everything I could throw at it. My own set up and operation was simple and the slide out kitchen was great to cook on.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
The camper trailer can be picked up/dropped off at our residence or it can be delivered/retrieved within a certain mileage radius. Flexibility in pick up and drop off times depends on the reservation dates and any other prior/subsequent reservations.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
A walkthrough video and setup/tear down procedures pamphlet will be provided for every rental, detailing all necessary steps and tips to most easily enjoy the camper trailer.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The camper trailer has two 20-gallon potable water tanks to store water, batteries, and no sewage tanks. If taking off-grid and not camping at a campground, no connections are necessary. If at a campground, water hookup is only needed to fill tanks. Electrical hookup requires a 30-amp connection (do not connect to 50-amp connection). All power cables and adapters are included. There is no sewer hook up. The toilet is a cassette toilet.
