Please be sure to empty the grey water and sewer tanks on return or we can empty the tanks for a $50 fee. Please also clean up after yourself and take care of the trailer so we can refund your security deposit.

We do have a standard washer and dryer and wash them on the highest heat setting according to CDC guidelines. If we learn that pets or smoking has been inside the trailer, the renter may forfeit their deposit. Additionally, we charge a one-hour cleaning fee. Its like brand new! Its super clean and smells good. Nice extra clean bedding was in cabinets. I would absolutely rent from the Laskeys again. They are a great team!
