I use a 3rd party delivery and cleaning service. The separate total fee for delivery, setup, pick up, haul off, dumping, and cleaning is $200 to him. A cleaning fee will be assessed for anything beyond a fair/usual cleaning (ie. trash left, liquids spills left, extra dirt/sand, etc.).
