5What made the experience with Shawn different than other hosts was his communication efforts. As soon as we booked, we immediately had quality information for expectations and requirements. If we had a question, it was answered in a prompt and efficient manner. Regardless of previous trailer experience, Shawn was thorough and clear in how to hitch or dump or manage the trailer without making you feel dumb or overwhelmed or inexperienced.
