We are located in Northridge, San Fernando Valley.Music festival/Concerts/ Tailgating/Burning Man Prohibited.Please read everything in listing and rental agreements.We also request you bring back the motorhome in the same condition in which it was received: Clean, fuel tank full, and black and grey tanks empty.A signed Rental Agreement of our own, plus Outdoorsy Agreement is required.We will ask you:

-How many adults/children/pets will be traveling?
-What specific destination are you traveling to? Full campsite hookup verification required.
-Are there power/water/sanitation dump hookups there?Please be aware that we need to schedule a 30 minute tour and driving orientation, the hour before scheduled pick up. Also, 30 minutes to inspect at time of return.No smoking of any kind. Any evidence of smoking in the unit will be charged the full deposit.There is a standard automatic general cleaning fee of $200, plus $60 for every hour of extra cleaning.Please return with a full fuel tank. If it is not full, there will be a charge of $400.Please dump and flush the black and grey tanks prior to return. If tanks are not emptied, there will be a $100 charge assessed.If you are new to RV experience, please ask us a lot of questions!
