Your deposit will not get returned.After booking van we will provide a comprehensive “how to” use our van google doc that you can review prior to arrival. We will also walk you through this in person so you feel knowledgeable and safe when you hit the road.Revel standard amenities:
Air conditioning, refrigerator/freezer, galley kitchen sink, 320-amp-hour lithium-ion battery with solar charging capabilities, a full wet bath with interior shower and toilet, an exterior shower off the back, 21 gallons of fresh water, 21 gallons of grey water, and a 5-gallon cassette. The van conveniently fits into any normal parking space and campsite.Upgraded features include $70K of modifications:
• Upgraded CAV UltraLux full-size high-end mattress comfortably accommodates two adults up to 6’2”. Note: 6’3” people need to sleep on a slight angle.

-Four Wheel Drive (part-time) capable vehicle: Forest roads are fine. This is not a rock climbing capable van (i.e. jeep trails). Four wheel drive can be engaged on snow or off-road with loose material or mud only. Engaging four wheel drive on dry pavement can damage drivetrain system.

Sorry, but please do NOT book this van—even if you’re “responsible and clean” etc. We have a clear policy against this and you will lose the entire deposit + Outdoorsy will most likely ban you from the platform. Sorry, but not this particular van. Also, the Van has its own GPS tracking and history so please don’t think you can ignore this!

Hi there. I purchased the van for seaside and mountain adventures. I have added many upgrades to make it feel more like a boutique hotel experience while in nature. The van is perfect for hiking, surfing, fly fishing, mountain biking, and wine country excursions. We like to drive up to the wine country, park at the vineyards for tastings, and explore the valley on bikes. Or drive up to West Marin for surfing, paddleboarding, and eating sweet Tomales Bay oysters. Or drive up to the Yuba River and fly fish for steelhead. The van is ready for almost any adventure.
