This brand new, Forest River Sunseeker who we like to call, Little Foot, is ready to hit the open road and accommodate to a family up to 6! 2 seatbelts in the cab, and 4 around the dinette make for roomy travel. Driving is a breeze with back up cam, lane detection monitoring system, and EZ ride premium suspension. As well as an arctic package for traveling during those cooler months. Hang out under your light up awning in the evenings and watch a game on the outdoor TV!Featuring two slide outs for a very roomy interior space, and a spacious rear bathroom with tons of storage. Indoor and outdoor shower. Soft close cabinets throughout, hidden pantry for the kitchen essentials, and a full wardrobe closet for ample hanging space. 3 TV's total, one being outdoors, so plenty of indoor and outdoor entertainment!Kitchen space is equipped with a roomy refrigerator and freezer, propane stove, microwave, and large sink.We happily provide cooking utensils, food storage containers, French press, plates, cups, the basics! We understand many people like to bring their own linens and personal cookware which we encourage to feel right at home in your rental, however if you need anything that isn't listed here, please reach out and we would be happy to accommodate!We want you to feel and home and have what you need on the road to make your trip as simple and seamless as possible.Cozy sleeping spaces including a queen bed over cab, private queen bed area on the slide out, and eat in dinette converts to a bed as well for more sleep space. The passenger cab seat can spin around and recline as well! Linens for all bedding can be included if you request it for an additional fee, otherwise feel free to bring your own!

RecomendacionesHello!My husband and I are brand new to the RV life, and we couldn’t be more excited! We love to camp, hike, and be outdoors so this was the next step for us! We have two hypoallergenic fur kids, Gracie and Murphy. They love to come everywhere with us, so RV life just makes sense! We are both self employed, and currently working on building our dream home together. We are hoping to share our RV with some more awesome people who love exploring as much as we do!Otros detalles importantes1) DUMP tanks-Flying J/Loves off of Ryan road in Oak Creek. If tanks/hoses are dirty or not empty, this may result in forfeit of deposit.2)Please use mattress pad provided on main queen bed to avoid any fees. 3) Clean the INSIDE of RV. It should be as you rented. We’ll clean the outside. Reminder- No smoking! Strong odors-cooking grease, fish, etc will result in the forfeiting of your deposit (there is no cooking ventilation, all major cooking should be done outside of RV- enjoy the camp life!)

We had a great trip and the family time was priceless. The RV was fine but had a few knocks. Esthetically, there were some issues but nothing that was major. Functionally, there are some repairs that are needed. Some of the outside storage compartments had broken latches, the main table was pretty wobbly and had some nail holes in it, the screen door kept getting stuck and took some jiggling to work, and the check engine light was on the entire time. The owner said it was checked out and there was no issue though. Those issues were fine and we could work around. My biggest concern was the generator. We could not get the generator to work. After 3-5 attempts, it would kick on, but then putter out after about 60 seconds. RV drove fine and the space was nice and comfortable for a family of 4. I just hope they fix some of the small issues.

Gina was very friendly, helpful and responded fast to all our questions. She provided a good run-through of the vehicle and accommodated an earlier pickup. RV was comfortable and well-kept. Thanks Gina & AJ for making your RV available to rent, which made for a memorable vacation for our family of 3!

This was our fourth rental using Outdoorsy. It was hands-down, the best experience we’ve had. From the first communication to the return Gina was on top of everything. The RV was spotless and in wonderful shape. We had an absolutely fabulous time.

Rules and policies
Little foot is happy to have you, but please follow these rules to ensure you receive your full deposit upon return…. 1. NO SMOKING: Smoking (including cigars, pipes, drugs, etc) in the unit forfeits your entire security deposit. 2. NO DRUGS: Any evidence of the storage, transportation, or use of illegal substances will forfeit your entire security deposit. RVs returned with any evidence of drug use or transportation will result in law enforcement being called for a report and to collect the evidence. 3. Odors / Cooking: We do not allow anything that can create a strong smell in the RV that is difficult to remove, such as raw fish storage or cooking with heavy spices such as curry or strong gumbo. Strong odors will result in forfeit of security deposit 4. Lost/damaged items: We will have to charge for cost to replace, repair, and time spent in the form of a 25% admin fee. If your rental was booked on a platform, this cost will also cover the fees the platform would take out of our end as well. 5. Toll Roads, Red Light Cameras, parking tickets, etc: Parking Tickets, Mailed Violations, and Toll invoices are a major burden and we charge a $75 fee for each invoice we get. Responsibility for traffic or parking violations will be transferred to you and you will be charged a $75 administration fee. If you want to use Toll Roads, you are free to pay at the plazas or bring your own toll tags, just make sure no invoices or toll by plate, etc mail comes our way or the $75 administration fee will apply! Note: Most toll agencies are good to work with and will help you out if a mistake and call them right away. 6. Awnings: We discourage the usage of the exterior awnings. However if you do use, PLEASE roll them in at any sign of increased wind, rain, or other weather concern. They are not to be left out when RV is not attended under any circumstance, including overnight. This is for your protection because they are $1500+ to replace (up to $5000 for the automatic ones) and ca

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We can be flexible on pick up and drop off time within a few hours if necessary! But please establish this ahead of time prior to your trip to avoid any unwanted late return fees. Pickup between 9-12am Drop off between 12-5pm

Can I use my own insurance when renting your RV?

A.

No, renters cannot use their own insurance when renting to RV. Your insurance will cover the driver, but in an event that the RV itself is damaged, the owner is 100% responsible. Therefore, Outdoorsy requires and makes it mandatory for all renters to accent their in house insurance during your rental period.

Can I leave my vehicle at the pick up spot?

A.

Yes, you can either park in our driveway or in the secure lot we keep the unit stored at, about 1 mile away from our home. Your call, just let us know ahead of time and we can arrange what's best for you!
