36ft Jayco 2 bedroom bunk house. Great for a family small or large. This camper can accommodate up to 9 ppl comfortably but can do up to 10ppl. Has a nice outdoor prep area.
There’s more to a camper than a vacation it’s great for an additional room for special occasions I can park it right in your yard so your right next to friends and family and don’t have to worry about driving. This camper does require a 50amp power source for the AC to be used or 20amp plug for just basic electric such as lights, microwave, vacuumNO DRY CampingPets are NOT allowed. If fur is shown in the camper, there will be $150 charge.

Andrew and his wife are consistently praised for excellent communication, responsiveness, and thorough setup (leveling, preparing beds). One major water system failure during a rental could not be repaired promptly.

2.0The trailer was beautiful and very clean. The listing is a little confusing as far as the bedding, there is one queen size bed, two twin size bunks, a set of cushions under one of the bunks that can layout into a thin queen and then the dining table and sofa can also turn into beds. So plenty of space! Unfortunately while the trailer was being set up the water heater line cracked wide open which prevented us from having any water supply. There was no way to leave the water on as it would leak into the trailer. Unfortunately no water means you can’t cook, shower or even wash your hands. We certainly understand these type of maintenance issues can occur. However, we ended up cutting our trip short as the owner was unable to have someone come out and repair it. He called one person who ordered a part that wouldn’t arrive for a week. His resolution was $100 credit.

5.0We had the best time this past weekend! The camper was exceptionally clean and set up when we arrived. They are so easy to communicate with and made sure we were happy and had everything we need. I recommend them for a great experience!

5.0Andrew was a great host! The camper was immaculate, and he was great to work with. He took the time to get it perfectly level, in a challenging spot on grass. We appreciate his professionalism and kind spirit. This was our second year booking with him, and we look forward to working with him again next year!
