This Jayco Greyhawk 31 FS Bunkhouse is your home away from home ready for your next adventure! This RV is spacious enough to sleep up to 10 comfortably and totally self contained. Easy to drive with J-Ride suspension, backup and side view camera for monitoring. High efficiency dual A/C units to keep you cool on those hot summer vacation nights. There are two doors separating master bedroom and the bunk bedroom, making the RV a 3-bedroom home, perfect for families who want privacy. Additional options listed below, just grab your gear and get ready to hit the open road!This motor-home's amenities include:
* Sleeps up to 10 but comfortable is 8 (queen bed, over-cab bunk, twin rear bunks, fold out sofa-bed, dinette bed for the smaller ones)
* Generator
* Full kitchen (double sink, full refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave)
* Full bath (sink, vanity, shower, toilet)
* 4 LED TV's (main cabin, each bunk bed and rear bedroom)
* Full dinette with booth seating
* Outdoor shower
* Powered awning with LED lights
* 6 Way power drive and passenger seats
*Garmin RV GPS with restriction warning system
* Outdoor speakers connected to bluetooth interior speakers, can play interior/exterior or single zone if desired
* 2 Slides for extra room
*Self Leveling Jacks, 95% OF Class C RVS DON'T Have These Only Luxury Units Have Them.
* Unit will be stocked with cookware (pots, pans, utensils)
* Coffee pot with filters and coffee cups

* All campsite hookup accessories included (cords, water hoses, sewer hose, etc.)
*RV will have a full tank of gas upon pickup and needs to be returned full. If you don't want to, or have time we will gladly refill the tank at $5.50 per gallon.
*Propane tank will be full on delivery, return full or $50 charge plus cost of propane used.
*RV Sewer tanks will be empty at pick up and required to be dumped at drop off, we can dump for you for $75.00 charge.

5.0Billy’s RV was perfect. He was very easy to work with. His RV was better than expected. It was the perfect size, especially if you have kids. He has ample parking for leaving your car at his facility when you rent his RV. Overall, he was easy to work with and very understanding.

all deliveries and pick ups are based on host availability, we will coordinate with renter to insure that meets their needs. In some cases in maybe delivered the day prior or picked up the day after rental. We will discuss in advance with renter to insure they are available to receive and return the RV.
