• Maximum speed of 55MPH. • Must use weight distribution hitch. • Trailer must not be overloaded. • No unauthorized pets. • No climbing on roof. • Foul smells or odors upon return will be charged minimum $500 for cleaning and remediation. • Trailer black and grey tanks must be dumped and rinsed, $75 fee for tanks not emptied. • Any and all damages will be the renters responsibility. • Must have some towing/hauling experience to tow unit, otherwise delivery may be required. • 1/2 ton trucks and some SUV’s okay. • Awning must be stowed away in windy conditions, any damage to awning will forfeit complete deposit. • Do not flush wipes, household toilet paper, or feminine hygiene products down toilet. Only use of supplied RV/Septic safe toilet paper permitted. Tank cleaning fee will apply if there is a clog. • If you are towing the trailer to your own site, the trailer must be brought back in a clean manner (standard camping conditions) and must not have mud, heavy dust, heavy sand etc… • If the trailer is left excessively dirty, or not returned in the same condition as it was when picked up, a $250 fee may be charged.
