Jared was very welcoming, friendly, professional and thorough. He made our experience with the camper very pleasant. We had a problem with the interior lights of the camper during setup at our campsite but after brief communication with Jared, he helped us resolve the issue very quickly. The only downside was that we had to cut our little vacation short by a day. I wasn't even expecting to be refunded for that day but Jared made it happen! I can't thank him enough. Our trip and experience in his camper was so enjoyable that we were already talking about renting from him again! Thank you so much Jared!!
