Bed is queen size (1), bunks are twin sizes (2), and the kitchen table and bench seats convert to a queen size bed. Cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls are included. Unit has an out door kitchen and fridge. Towels, sheets and pillows are NOT included. Instabook is deactivated because of my availability dates.
