All Campers. This unit is designed for 2 adults with 2-3 smaller children (our 12-year-old fits fine in the bunk beds) AC and heater works very well especially at nighttime. Roku mounted tv. Can Include Star Link wi-fi for an additional cost. Perfect for any adventure that awaits you. If you need any extra accommodations, please don't hesitate to ask before or after booking and we will be more than willing to accommodate those needs. This unit also comes with a remote fireplace, generator all bedding. If pulling the unit i will send an impact and jack for tire changing if needed. All you need is t show up with food, drink and extra clothing.Qué incluyeThis unit comes with all bedding for queen size bed as well as all bedding for bunk beds. Extra bedding is in storage for additional dinette conversion. Fully stocked bathroom (toilet paper, towels, wash cloths etc.) Plates, bowls, plastic utensils, mixing bowls, pots, pans, Blackstone 24in griddle (for outside use only) folding table for outside use. Water hose connection with water filter, 30-amp electrical hook-up with surge protector, sewer hoses, impact with socket for leveling jacks. RecomendacionesMe and our family love Balmorhea State Park. It has the biggest natural spring fed pool in the world. The pool is up to 25ft deep and stays between 72- and 76-degrees year-round. You can also scuba dive here!Otros detalles importantesNO smoking inside unit. Pets are allowed for a pet deposit as long as you clean up after them. After stay, please put all bedding and towels in 1 pile and sweep floor before returning/ leaving. We can also include a star link (wi-fi) for additional cost. This allows full service anywhere.
