Highly communicative and accommodating
Matthew provides clear communication, full support, and helpful instructional videos. However, there are instances of last-minute booking cancellations.
Mechanically sound, smooth driving
The RV is praised for being clean, well-stocked, and comfortable, driving smoothly even through mountains. Some units had non-operational awning/AC and were described as 'Janky'.
