🚽 Bathroom & Waste System Only RV‑safe, septic‑safe toilet paper may be used. No exceptions — regular toilet paper will clog the system and result in a damage fee. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or anything other than RV‑safe toilet paper. If you are responsible for dumping the tanks, they must be returned fully emptied and rinsed. A dumping fee will apply if tanks are returned full or improperly emptied. Fuel, Propane & Fluids Return the RV with the same fuel level it had at pickup. Propane levels must be returned at the same level unless otherwise arranged. Notify me immediately if any warning lights come on or if you notice leaks, unusual smells, or mechanical issues. Cleaning & Care The RV must be returned in clean condition, similar to how it was received. No smoking or vaping inside the RV. Evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee. No pets unless approved in advance. Please remove all trash, wipe surfaces, and sweep floors before returning. Driving & Usage Only verified Outdoorsy-approved drivers may operate the RV. No off‑roading, unpaved roads, or restricted areas. Do not exceed posted speed limits; high speeds can cause tire blowouts and damage. Awning use is allowed only in safe weather conditions. Damage to the awning is the renter’s responsibility. Power, Water & Appliances Follow all provided instructions for hookups (water, power, sewer). Do not overload electrical circuits. Use air conditioning and heating responsibly to avoid draining the batteries. Campsite Requirements Campsites must be RV‑friendly and accessible. If boondocking, you are responsible for monitoring battery levels, generator use, and water conservation. Pickup & Return Return the RV on time to avoid late fees.
