This was my first renting an RV. They made the whole process of renting, explaining the systems of the RV, how to safely operate it, and getting all our documentation a breeze. The rules were clearly stated, and there was documentation in the RV itself that we could go back to and refer if we had any issues. We were even given a number to text if we had issues, but thankfully did not need to use it as the RV was flawless. The RV itself was new, well maintained, clean, and easy to operate. I plan on coming back the next time I want to rent an RV.

It would be helpful to have WRITTEN instructions regarding the black water release valve. The absence of that written instruction caused a backup problem in the bathroom. We were charged for the resulting damage to the bathroom trim.

The end of the trip is always stressful the handoff was pleasant
