This is the RV you've been looking for! Winnebago a name synonymous with RVs! The quality of this unit far surpasses other, lesser brands like Thor, Fleetwood, Nexus, etc... that it has to be seen and felt to be truly appreciated. Everything just feels more solid and comfortable to use than the other brands. You will not be disappointed in this amazing RV!It sleeps up to 8 people. With a queen-sized Sleep Number adjustable bed in the bedroom in the rear of the coach. The slightly larger than queen-sized over-cab bunk can sleep two adults with room to spare! The couch folds down into a full-sized bed, and the dining area converts into a full-sized bed as well!There is a microwave, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, and a full sink with hot & cold running water!A 55-gallon fuel tank to get you there and back, as well as a 44-gallon freshwater tank, 30-gallon grey water & black water tanks!The propane tank is built-in and self-contained with 18-gallon capacity, to last you a long time, providing cooking, fridge, and heat/hot water.The large AC unit puts out cooling for days through a fully ducted system, so that you can direct the cool air anywhere in the coach to cool where you need it. There is a 30k BTU heating system, also ducted, so you'll never get cold!A 6-gallon water heater lets you take hot showers, or do dishes in the sink!Ther are two Hdtvs in the coach, one in the main living area, above the counter and one in the master bedroom! A built-in DVD player and OTA Antenna, as well as Hdmi video inputs, give you lots of options for viewing!There's storage for days! The rear storage compartment can practically hold a small car! There's also plenty of belly storage for additional items.The fully powered retractable awning runs nearly the entire length of the coach and folds out as far as you could ever want.The Super-Slide runs the full length of the living area, encompassing the dining and couch, giving you Tons of room once deployed.Qué incluyeDue to COVID19, I will no longer be offering linens/pillows/blankets/towels and you must supply your own! Gotta be safe and healthy!I will supply a Keurig style coffee maker (bring your own K-Kups!) as well as a small electric kettle for heating hot water, a crockpot, basic pots, pans, strainer, cooking/eating utensils, but if you need something specific, you should bring it! There will be dishes for 4 people.The RV will come with a full tank of gas and propane. I can also have it filled with water if you request it, but I like to give renters the option since you get better fuel mileage with an empty water tank.The coach comes with 150 miles per day free of charge, and each additional mile is charged $0.66. The coach also comes with 4 hours of generator usage per day, and additional hours are charged at a rate of $3 per hour. Please be sure to refill the Gas and Propane before returning the vehicle (unless you have purchased the appropriate add-on). The Grey and Black water tanks must be emptied, as well, unless the appropriate add-on is purchased.Pickup/Drop-off is between the hours of 12pm and 7pm. If you need to pick up or drop off outside of those hours, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule, but I can't guarantee it.Please expect about 1/2 to 1 hour of training time on how to operate the vehicle safely, and then you will be on your way!Otros detalles importantesGrey/Black water tanks must be returned empty unless Tank Dump option is purchased as an Add-on to rental.The coach must be returned clean in the same condition it was received in and with the same amount of fuel & propane as you received it with.Coach is not to be taken off-road in any way. Tires are checked and verified before each rental and the guest is responsible for any tire or other damage/repair.While we do allow furry co-pilots for a small charge (Dogs ONLY, no cats or birds), you are still responsible for cleaning up after your pet, including hair/food/liquids/debris/etc... Additionally, you will be responsible for any damage caused by the pet! Post Trip cleaning does not cover any sort of pet mess, excessive sand/dirt/mud, stains, rips, tears, missing/broken items or components, etc...Guests are STRONGLY encouraged to extensively photograph/video record the coach, both inside and out, before and after the rental, so that you have your own record of the condition of the vehicle before and after the trip, including photos of the dash showing mileage and fuel level. Also be sure to photograph the levels panel showing the status of the holding tanks, the propane tank, and the generator hours.Pickup / Dropoff times are between Noon and 7pm unless otherwise arranged ahead of time. Please let me know what times you will be picking up and dropping off the coach!There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the vehicle, including cannabis. Any smoking or vaping will result in a forfeiture of your entire security deposit and additional charges for cleaning/smoke mitigation.You must contact me before doing any repairs on the vehicle for any reimbursements to be considered.

There is no smoking in the coach under any circumstances, this includes cannabis. There is a $350 cleaning fee for any smoke mitigation requirements.
Dogs are welcome for a small fee, but please do not bring any cats or birds on board.
