Kitchen is ready for use with cookware and utensils, place settings, silverware, glasses and cups. For a detailed list of everything provided please see the bottom of this description.This trailer is 28 feet long. It has a dry weight of 5912 lbs. but is much heavier with full tanks and personal items inside. Please make sure you have an appropriate tow vehicle to handle the weight, and it must also have a trailer braking system. Many larger SUV's equipped with towing package and most trucks can handle this. Be sure to check your vehicle specs. We require towing experience to be able to tow the camper. We can also include walkie talkies for help while you are parking and backing into spaces with no cell reception.Make your trip stress free! Let us deliver and set up for you. You can just show up and relax without all the work! Enjoy your time and when you are ready to pack up, we'll return and breakdown and pick up the rig. Waste disposal included in delivery fee. Fee varies on distance.
We work in the evenings so morning pick-ups and drop-offs only, unless we can make other arrangements. We are flexible and try our best to work with you. 5This camper was clean and in great condition. Matthew and Ashley are great hosts and are super responsive. They provided everything needed in the camper for our trip and made the rental process very easy. We will definitely be renting from them again in the future!

Rules and policies
Due to our work schedule we can only deliver in the morning. If your campground has a check-in after noon we recommend booking the campsite for the night before your arrival so we can deliver the morning on your arrival day and you will get more time to enjoy!
Previous towing experience is recommended if you plan on towing this thing, it's a BIG trailer!
Check towing vehicle specs to be sure your vehicle is capable, and you must have a trailer braking system in your truck.

Dogs are allowed. We love our furbabies!
We reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee if the trailer is returned excessively messy or dirty from pets or otherwise.
Dump grey and black tanks before return unless you are getting a delivery/pick-up from us or add on the disposal option.
Refill propane before return.
A complete walk through will be done before departure and upon arrival.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will try to be as flexible as possible. We do work in the evenings so pick-ups and deliveries will have to be in the morning unless we can schedule for a day off. we have found that if you book a campground for the night before you want to arrive then we can deliver early in the am on the day of your arrival and you will have a full day. This works great especially for campgrounds that have later check in times.
