The bunkhouse has its own television set.Outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and outdoor cook top with a BBQ that hooks up to the propane tanks attached to the trailer. Outdoor speakers, with awning. Front cap LED lights and LED patio lights. Come with a well stocked kitchen and the basics.Two full propane tanks and I can fill the trailer with water if wanted, but not recommended. The trailer comes with a weight distribution hitch and sway bars. Can easily sleep 6, but is capable of sleeping 10.**Delivery Available Upon Request FOR A FEE TO BE Determined**When returned, the trailer will need to have the following done:Full Propane Tanks: $50 if not returned fullEmpty Gray Water and Black Water Tanks: $100 if not returned emptyClean Interior, dishes clean and empty vacuum cleaner: up to a $250 cleaning fee if not returned clean.**Pets allowed for an additional $10 per pet, per day. There will be an additional $250 pet deposit on top of the damage deposit, that will be refunded if trailer is returned and cannot tell there was a pet in the trailer.
