5We rented Rome’s RV for our family to stay in during the holidays and it was a great home away from home for them. Rome provided excellent service, and even though our trip got off to a rocky start Rome made it right for us in every way he could. The RV was very spacious and had a personal touch added with small items people may have forgotten to pack.

• SMOKING/VAPING: Strictly prohibited inside the trailer. This includes tobacco, marijuana, and all vape products. A minimum $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking or vaping.
•PETS: We are dog-friendly for pups under 15lbs with a non-refundable $75 pet fee.
Please crate pets if left unattended and do not allow them on furniture or bedding.
• USAGE:
The "Add-on" Generator has a fee of $36.79 per day and guests are required to provide their own fuel. A filled propane tank can be supplied separately for an additional fee.
• TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS: Use on unimproved/off-road surfaces is strictly prohibited. Travel to music festivals (e.g., Burning Man) and travel outside of the United States is not permitted. The unit is or may be GPS tracked.
• PROHIBITED USE: For your safety, please do not climb on the trailer roof. Towing anything behind the trailer is not allowed.
• CHECKOUT & RETURN (by 4:30 PM): Please return the trailer in the condition you received it. This includes:
All personal items and trash removed.
Floor swept and hard surfaces wiped down.
Propane tanks refilled (a $50 fee + cost of propane applies if not).
Black and Grey water tanks must be empty. (A $120 dumping fee applies if not).
• DAMAGES: Please report any accidents or damages immediately. Do not remove, lend, or sell any items from the unit.
