3.5Outside front of coach was a little dirty as was inside refrigerator. No hot water and gas furnace didn't work. Couldn't get all TV's to connect to satellite. Coach was very nice and great amenities. Shannon was great and very responsive which is huge. No hassle on return and deposit returned in full quickly. Would rent again in the future.
