Had a little bit of shuffle in the beginning because they are in the process of switching ownership but even with all that they still reached out plenty. Helped us get all the forms filled out, had the dates we wanted and delivered with full water and everything. Delivery gentleman made sure to touch base throughout the day to make sure we could meet up at the right time. Trailer was nice and fit exactly what we needed. Slept all five of us comfortably. The second door to the bathroom helped when we had a sleeping kiddo and didn't have to go in and out right by him. Outdoor speakers were cool for when grilling meals outside. Will rent from them again.
