5.0This was our first time renting from Outdoorsy and we'll definitely use it again. We took the trailer to Shamadon Resort and had a great time. The pickup process was fairly smooth and Rick was able to accommodate a slight hiccup really quickly. Highly recommend the Outdoorsy app and Rick's trailer!

1.0The owner was abusive and accused me of damage we did not do. He called after we did our final inspection and came up with a damage claim afterwards which was bogus. I am now having my damage deposit held in dispute. The glass stove top exploded when I turned on the stove. I turned on the stove to get some heat as the furnace would not work. Very dissatisfied with the owner who apparently did not follow your check in and out procedure Seems very fishy to me Outdoorsy is great but must screen their users better to assure they are better represented
