Pick up time is 9:00 am. Return time is 4:00 pm. There is a late fee of $30.00 administrative fee plus $7.95 per hour for each hour after 3:00 pm.
I do have an area to accomodate 1 vehicle if you need to leave your vehicle, I can assume no responsibility.
No concerts, no festivales, No Burning Man, No tailgating allowed.
No off road driving, no logging roads, no forest service roads, no driving in the sand.

Responsive and accommodating host
Terri responded to messages right away, provided a full instruction binder, and gave thorough walkthroughs. She was accommodating, even saving a last-minute canceled trip for a guest and encouraging use of onboard supplies.
Spotless and fully equipped RV
Guests consistently found the RV to be very comfortable, spotless, in great condition, and fully stocked with everything they could possibly need, with everything working well.

5.0Terri’s RV was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. She was very communicative, including a full binder of instructions for anything that may come up. She responded to messages right away. The RV was super comfy and everything worked well. We’d rent from Terri again for our next trip’!
