Richard was an outstanding host! He was extremely well prepared — the RV was fully stocked with everything we needed, and he walked us through how everything worked before we left. He was great about letting us bring our dogs along and was easygoing when we added a grill to our booking last minute. We even locked the keys in the RV during the trip, but Richard had prepared us for that ahead of time — one call and he gave us a code for the backup keys, completely seamless. The RV itself was spotless, and having extra sheets on hand made it feel like home without any extra effort on our part. At the end of the trip, Richard pointed us to a nearby dump station (only $5!) and where to get propane. The whole experience felt like renting from a family member. We can't wait to book with him again next year!

Our host was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. He always answered his phone and walked us through some things we needed help with. Unfortunately the fridge did not work during our stay and we lost all of our food as it was unsafe to eat. Very much a bummer since we prepped and cooked for a couple days leading up to our trip- just to throw it all away. RV was big enough to hold our family including toddler & baby- great for big families.

Richard was a great host. He was very communicative, friendly, and took his time with the orientation on the RV. He had instructions posted everywhere on how to use things and even a binder with more information in case we forgot anything that we went over in orientation - which we ended up needing since it was a lot! One of the leveling plates fell off from a previous rental - which he reviewed with me and documented in the app. We ended up having trouble with leveler but other than that, had no issues whatsoever. The beds were comfortable, everything inside was very clean and well maintained, so overall - 5/5, would rent from Richard again! :)
