The couch folds out to provide another sleeping area for 2. Two swivel, rocker lazyboy recliners that are amazingly comfortable.
Full bathroom. Kitchen provides everything you will need for your meals - microwave, stovetop, oven, dual sink and refrigerator. 2 roof fans, a/c and gas heat. We will provide: linens-queen , pillows, blankets. Plastic ware plates, cups, bowls and coffee cups. Cutlery, Cutting board, mixing bowl, oven mitt, pot holders, 1 trash can, 2 garbage bags, dish soap, dish rag/towel (2), dish rack, paper towels (1), 1 can opener, 1 wine bottle opener, vegetable peeler, 1 pot, 1 frying pan, 1 saucepan, small cookie sheet, broom & dustpan, vacuum, toaster, coffee pot with filters, ice tray/bucket, measuring cups and spoons, towels, wash cloths, clothes line, 2 rolls of RV toilet paper, indoor rugs, 1 lighter, 1 spatula for grill, 1 tongs, hand soap.
1 extension cord, fire tongs, picnic table cover, 1 outdoor rug, outdoor gas grill with propane hook up. 4 outdoor chairs. Drill for levelers, chucks (2), 2- 30lb propane tanks. Outdoor shower hose.

This is a super nice well-maintained trailer that has everything you need. This trailer is very spacious and is like staying in a luxury Hotel but better because it is at your Camp site. Gregory takes care of everything you need for your stay, and he is a great host to deal with. Gregory will assure you are Happy and are set-up just the way you like. I had no idea they had Outdoorsy which is like Airbnb for trailers these days, so this was awesome.

Greg was awesome!!! He had everything set up and ready to use….he and his wife made sure we had all we needed for a fun trip. They thought of everything! We didn’t even need to bring outdoor chairs or table covers. I’d definitely would use them and this camper again. We had a great time!!!
