Both will be taken from security deposit money upon return of the unit with smoke smell in it, to cover detailing/ fumigation costs. If you are a heavy smoker and smell of cigarettes a lot of the time, this could still cause an issue even if you smoke outside, as the unit will still take on the smell and I recommend not renting it. Camper is recommended for 2 occupants only. More than that will not be appropriate usage, especially for the toilet, in one weekend, and would require extra maintenance, potentially repairs, and loss of full deposit if an overflow issue occurs due to being over occupied. Example: Taking the unit to a sporting event for tailgating (not allowed) and letting untold numbers of people use the bathroom, essentially treating it as a porto-potty, which is not its designed purpose. These rules are not meant to ruin anyone's good time, but are here to try to ensure the camper stays in good condition for your (and my) future use. Thanks!
