- Weekly (7+ nights): 5% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: 430,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 86,00 €. Not a cleaning fee. This fee will cover all prep and maintenance that is required for each rental period. This fee ensures laundered linens and towels, propane, and sanitization for a healthy stay.
