5Shawn was great to work with. This was our first time renting a towable as we recently acquired a truck. He took the time to explain how to properly connect it to the truck and also secure it once we reached the site. He was very accommodating and even let us use his hitch since the one we had didn't quite work for what we needed. Communication was excellent. Would definitely rent from him again!
