This was our first time renting from Outdoorsy. Overall a good experience but a few things that could be improved upon. When we arrived, there were a few things missed on the prep. Deeper cleaning was needed, the fridge was not turned on for us, there was not a current tag on the vehicle, and the one of the tail lights was out. The tires were not checked and needed new ones, but owner replaced them and brought the RV to out location when complete. The décor was super cute and the we slept like babies in the comfortable bed. Everything works except the heater so if you get cold easily, bring a space heater or more blankets. The gray/black tank valve needs to be replaced but we were still able to be pumped out. Wouldn't be a problem if using a site with full hookups. All super simple things that can be easily fixed and would not deter me from renting this unit again once corrected.
