We arrived w/food that needed refrigeration & could not access the RV. Jason forgot to tell me where to locate the door key. My son attempted to take a shower on the first night, the water was cold so he walked to the community showers. My husband saw that the hot water switch was off. The next day, as I took a shower, water backed up into the tub & cont’d to get higher. I told Jason. He said to pull the water drain from the outside which meant he didn’t do it before he rented it to us. We ran out of tissue on the 2nd night and purchased more at the campground store. As we closed the master bedroom door it fell off the track. I told Jason, he was already aware. The slide out where the dining table was slopped downward. Anything we sat on the table slopped. The slopping was present from the outside. Thankfully, someone we rented from last year told us to bring in the awning during high winds & about RV toilet tissue. Jason didn’t give us any operational instructions. He also tried adding more delivery charges after the trip was completed. Be very careful renting this RV or from this owner.

This was the best experience we have had yet on Outdoorsy. Kamyshia was extremely helpful and responsive. The rig was exactly as described and the bed was comfortable. They set up before we even arrived at the campsite and we really appreciated their attention to detail. They set up the outdoor carpet, chairs, grill, trashcan, and had the AC running. We just showed up and moved in. Then they picked it all up after we left. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.
