Mike is friendly and responsive to any issues. Things started off a little rough and were ironed out extremely quickly. We had a great vacation. We didn't have any issues with Mike but the security deposit was not released by Outdoorsy. I called Mike and he called Outdoorsy to ask them why the deposit had not been released. I'm thankful Mike did this instead of us having to do it. It was corrected. Thank you Mike.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pickup is at 3pm on the day of the first night's rental and the RV must be returned by 11am following the last night's rental. Where possible, these times may be varied slightly if prior arrangements have been made. The RV may, on occasion, be picked up early upon payment of an early pickup fee of $125. When no arrangement has been made for a delayed return there will be a late fee of $150 charged for each hour after the agreed upon drop off time (maximum $600 per 24 hour period).
Q.Are deliver and / or pickup available?
A.
When arranged in advance the motorhome can be delivered to you or picked up at the end of the trip. This can be at the airport, your home or your campsite if you prefer. There will be a charge of $2.40 per Km with a minimum charge of $100 each way.
Q.Are there Kilometre package options available for KMs in excess of the 100KMs included in the nightly rental?
A.
You may wish to consider purchasing one or more pre-paid kilometre packages.
Nightly rental packages:
1. 60km per night upgrade: $21 per night.
2. 150km per night upgrade: $52 per night.
Per Trip packages:
3. 500 kilometre package: $175
4. 800 kilometre package: $280
5. Unlimited kilometres package: $1625 for up to 21 nights) and $75 for each additional night.
Should you travel more than the included and prepaid number of kilometres, an additional kilometre fee of $.40 per KM applies.
