Our beautiful 28' RV is fully equipped with everything you need to make wonderful memories with your friends and family. The kitchen has all the essentials, a full size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, and plenty of cupboard space. Sleeping six, (4 adults and 2 kids) there is a queen size, (with privacy door), two singles that convert to a queen, (with privacy curtains), and a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and is separate from the main bedroom. For the outdoors, instead of an awning, you’ll have a large 9' umbrella, chairs, a table, a brand new gas BBQ, and outdoor speakers so you can dance under the stars. We take great pride in our rig and keep it very clean and very well maintained.We’ve prepared a guide for the RV which we'll send you two weeks before your pick-up date as well as a list of the contents of the RV. When you arrive to pick-up the rig, we’ll give you a thorough orientation and test-drive (60-90 minutes) so that you feel comfortable with driving Moonshadow and using all her wonderful features.When you request the RV, please tell us a bit about your plans. Is this your first experience in the RV world? How many in your party? Will it be an adventure with family or friends and where do you plan on going? That way, we can offer suggestions on the best campsites and customize the orientation. As for our experience, we have travelled coast to coast with Moonshadow and can offer many suggestions on where to camp and what to see and do in almost every province. Also we have been Airbnb superhosts for the last thirteen years and pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. We love being in this business, so whether you are experienced or this is your first RV adventure please feel to send us a message and we'll do our best to help you plan your trip.Please note that HST will be added to the rental, prep fee and all add-ons. 5My husband and I had a great trip to Algonquin Park, Ontario in Moonshadow. The RV was well equipped, and our hosts, Malcom and Michelle provided comprehensive instructions. We highly recommend renting this RV.

5Absolutely LOVED our RV rental experience! We booked for 13 days to do an epic Atlantic Canada tour with four teenagers (yes… FOUR teens in one RV – send snacks, not prayers 😅). And let me just say, this trip was a 10/10 would do again thanks to our incredible hosts! From the first message, the communication was flawless – fast, friendly, and super helpful. We had questions (LOTS of questions), and they answered them all like pros. Even when we were on the road they were just a quick message away with the answers to anything we needed. The RV orientation was top-tier. They walked us through everything so clearly and provided a book in advance with lots of info. They also provided list of contents and suggestions on what to bring. The rig itself? Spotless, stocked, and seriously comfy. It had everything we needed and more – like a rolling Airbnb with better views and fewer neighbours. What really made it next-level, though, were the thoughtful travel tips the hosts gave us based on their own adventures. If you’re thinking of renting this RV – do it. Just do it. Whether you’re wrangling kids, teens, or just escaping reality, this is the way to go. Thanks again for making our Atlantic adventure unforgettable – we’re already planning the next one (but maybe with fewer teens… or a bigger fridge 😉).

5Michelle and Malcom are very nice people. We get a detailed introduction to the functions and a test drive with Malcom to see if we can handle the little camper :-) The fact that we are not flying back from the same place and cannot bring the camper back is not a problem. Michelle and Malcom simply fly after us and pick up the camper. At the end we are accompanied to the airport, what a service. We recommend Michelle and Malcom wholeheartedly.

5The Moonshadow rental experience was great from start to bottom. The hosts went out of their way to ensure our trip was enjoyable. Questions were addressed promptly and thoroughly. We received clear instruction on operation of the RV and were provided a test drive of city and highway. The Moonshadow was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was easy to drive. We hope to rent again from these well organized, caring and thoughtful owners.

What is provided for entertainment?

The entertainment system has Bluetooth, a CD player and DVD player. There is a television and board games. Bluetooth is also available in the cab.

Our trip will be for five days and we anticipate using the generator for 10 hours. Will there be additional fees?

No, you can use the generator for two hours per day for free. After that, it is $20 an hour.

Can I bring my dogs, cats, gerbils, rabbits or smoke in the RV?

Michelle is highly sensitive to animal hair and we use this RV often. So please no pets and no smoking or vaping.

We have never driven an RV. Will you provide an orientation?
A.
When you arrive, we’ll provide you with a thorough orientation for 60-90 minutes. We’ll go over the different systems in the RV, provide you with a reference guide and take you on a test drive.
