The Renter agrees to take good care of the RV during the rental period. Any damage to the RV, whether cosmetic or mechanical, that occurs during the rental period, must be reported to the Owner immediately or at the end of the trip, whichever comes first.2. Fuel and Propane Refilling
Upon returning the RV, the Renter agrees to ensure that both the propane and gas tanks are filled to their full capacities. Failure to do so may result in additional charges determined by the Owner.3. Return of Add-Ons
The Renter is responsible for ensuring that all additional items or "add-ons" provided by the Owner at the time of rental are returned in the same condition as they were received. Any damage to, or loss of, these add-ons will result in additional charges determined by the Owner.4. Pick-up and Return Timing
The RV must be picked up and returned to the Owner by 11:00 AM on the designated return date. If the Renter foresees a delay in returning the RV, the Renter must notify the Owner in advance and receive approval. Failure to return the RV by the specified time, without prior approval, will result in late fees, the amount of which will be determined by the Owner.5. Prohibited Activitiesa. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Any evidence of smoking, including but not limited to odor or ash, will result in penalties determined by the Owner, which may include additional cleaning fees or forfeiture of the security deposit.b. No Drinking: The consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the RV is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of alcohol consumption inside the RV will result in penalties, the specifics and amounts of which will be determined by the Owner.c. No Pets: No pets are allowed inside the RV unless expressly agreed upon in writing by the Owner. Evidence of pets in the RV, such as pet hair, odors, or damage, will result in penalties determined by the Owner, which may include additional cleaning fees or forfeiture of the security deposit.6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Rules
By booking the RV, the Renter explicitly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in penalties, the specifics and amounts of which will be determined by the Owner. Such penalties may include, but are not limited to, additional charges, forfeiture of any security deposit, or legal action.

5We had a wonderful time travelling abord the Plateau It is both confortable and a pleasure to drive and the habitacle was just the right size for the two of us ! Just a super good expérience inviting us to make the move and maybe purchasing one for ourselves in the futur 😇

5Thank you Outdoorsy for helping me find the right vehicle to get my wife who has a disability , to our sons wedding in Grafton Ont from our home in Ottawa Ont. This is the first time in 12 years that my wife has travelled . This RV was the only solution for her to make the 3 hour trip and it was the best experience she’s had to in years. Serif and his son were so accommodating , polite , and very understanding to help make this trip successful . The Rv was very clean and easy to operate. After this experience , I know it won’t be the last as my wife has already mentioned that this will work for her to visit family around Ontario. Thank you serif.
