RVs are not allowed to park on the street or even commercial parking lots, except few exceptions. This matter is guest reponsibility.
Electrical Hook:
Any RV to properly operate most of their appliances and devices Must be plugged to an electrical outlet (in my RV a 110V & 30 Amp outlet).
If plugged to a regular 110V & 15Amp household outlet, the A/C and maybe other devices won't work.
Some RVs have electric generators that could cover their electrical needs. The use of generators is limited or even prohibited in many places.
Water Hook:
To have water in an RV, there are two alternatives: 1) Direct connection to a regular water tap (Called: City Water), the water will circulate or dispense to the RV taps or shower heads with the city water pressure, and 2) Fill up the RV fresh water tank and the water will circulate/dispense with the RV water pump. IN Both Cases, This Water IS NOT Recommended FOR Drinking OR Making ICE.
Waste Water:
The water you use during your stay in the RV will be stored in the Grey Tank (kitchen and bathroom sinks, and shower head), and in the Black Tank (Toilet). Jorge quickly responded, offered pre-rental help, was on-site for setup (including chairs), and gave thorough walkthroughs of all systems upon arrival, ensuring a smooth experience.
Tows flawlessly with working systems
The RV was towed 3200km flawlessly, showing pride of ownership. It is impeccable, clean, and well-kept. Features include a huge shower with hot water, comfortable queen and bunk beds, dark privacy curtain, and inside/outside speakers.

5.0This was our first experience renting an RV and we can't wait to do it again! Jorge was quick to repond and walk me through any questions I had before renting. He was on-site to set everything up before we arrived and even setup camping chairs for us. The RV had all necessities (pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, kettle, salt, pepper, etc). we brought our own bedding and the beds were comfortable. the kods loved sleeping in the bunks. It was very clean and well kept, inside outside speakers too. I would maybe bring a swiffer or small mop next time as I have a habit of sweeping and mopping daily but not a big deal. I brought a few extra hand towels for bathroom and kitchen, along with extra rolls of toilet paper. I also brought my own drying rack for dishes which was handy. We had our little 6 month old with us and she slept in the queen bed with us, the curtain that separates the rooms was very dark and kept out the light so it was amazing for sleeping and nap time! We loved our experience and can't wait to do it again next year.

5.0The owners were there early and took the time to show us where everything is and how everything works. They were very polite and nice to deal with. The trailer was as expected no issues whatsoever. Also huge shower with the hottest water I ever had camping.

No issues whatsoever, the trailer was perfect and was all set up and ready when we arrived - in a great spot on the site, steps out and open and inviting! Jorge showed me how to operate everything about the trailer, and was happy to answer any questions I had. Super kind couple totally reached all my expectations and more - highly recommend! Is your RV Alcaravan I available to be rented all year round?

Alcaravan I is available to be rented along with the opening and closing of most of the campgrounds in the area, that is, from May 1st to October 15th, so 28 weeks with many holidays and long weekends to celebrate and enjoy camping.

Is the propane gas included with the booking?
A.
Yes, a 20 Lb (7 Kg) gas propane tank is compliment of the house, any extra gas propane required during guest stay/trip should be paid by the renter. If your stay/trip requires a second gas propane tank, it could be provided for a reasonable charge, check it on the Add-Ons list.
