A Brand New 2019 Cruise Radiance 24 BH Bunkhouse (bunk beds, bunks) with 1 slide. This RV has a King Size Bed with private sleeping area, 2 expansive bunk bunks which sleeps 2 (4 if small children) and a drop down kitchen table (sleeps 2). It's equipped with central heat and A/C, microwave oven, gas grill cook top, large fridge, double sink, pantry AM/FM/BT Radio with indoor/outdoor speakers and a 43" tv in the main area. Outdoors you'll find an outdoor kitchen with sink 2 burner stove, and small fridge. Also comes with a gas grill and a folding table with 4 chairs for those outdoor BBQ's. Use of awning is not permitted so also comes with a 10 x 10 pop up tent for covering.**Delivery fee is minimum $100 within a 50 mile radius of the Orlando area only.**If bringing a pet please contact the owner and give a description.Will only deliver to locations to have on site sewer hookups or an on site dump station. If the renter is taking the RV then they are responsible for dumping the tanks prior to moving the RV. A small distance may be necessary to reach a dump station which is fine. Please do not drive it long distances or at high speeds with full tanks. Anyone else found driving will result in forfeit of security deposit.Use of RV Awning is NOT permitted. The awning is not covered under Outdoorsy's insurance coverage. So to reduce liability for the renter we have decided not to allow use. They are very expensive to replace and if a renter happens to leave it out and a storm blows through (which is almost every day in Florida) and rips it off the renter would be liable for replacement. If renter really wants to use the awning I will have to up the security deposit to $3000. I have included a 10 x 10 pop up awning in it's place.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I work during the day but do have some flexibility given enough notice. Generally any time 3pm or later is the best. But if you let me know enough in advance I can probably make arrangements. Please do not contact me the day before and ask to drop it off the next day at noon. Weekends I am pretty flexible.
