If there is any pet damage or if trailer comes back pet dirty (muddy paw prints, pet hair, urine) $130 will be deducted from the deposit.
We ask that you do not smoke in the trailer. If the trailer smells like smoke $130 will deducted from your deposit.
Avoid a messy fee of $150 and please have trailer clean. .
