3.0When we began our trip the water pump didn't work on the camper I feel like that's something that could have been caught at a pre-inspection from the owner but he did waive some of the fees to compensate me for not having the full use of the camper

5.0Very impressed with over all service, RV was clean and perfect for 2 people to relax inside. Well equipped with lots of board games onboard smart TV and kitchen supplies for cooking and general use. Also provided were outdoor chairs and table as well All bedding. John was quick to answer all my questions and quick to assist with any issues .
