This fantastic 31 ft R.V is the perfect size for a couple to see the country. It's a class A and super easy to drive. It sleeps 4 very comfortably, but can sleep 6 if needed. There is plenty of room with 2 slide outs. It is fully loaded with 2 T.V's, separate toilet and stand up shower. Central air and heating. Microwave, oven and a 3 burner stove. It has loads of outside storage. It is an older model, but it has everything you need to be comfortable.
It also will be supplied with pots/pans/dishes/utensils/coffeemaker and a blender. Can supply sheets and blankets if needed

If you chose to dry camp longer than 2 days, and the house battery is drained, this will be the renters responsibility to handle the situation. It could possibly lead to the purchase of a new house battery which will be the renters responsibility.
FOR KING OF THE HAMMERS, THE CLEANING FEE IS $500.
