$1000 security/cleaning deposit refund requirements. (Section #1) No smoking (if you smoke outside make sure all windows are closed and that you’re not transferring the smell from your clothing to the camper) No vaping (if you vape outside make sure all windows are closed and that you’re not transferring the smell from your clothing to the camper) No pets or pet hair inside (wether its transferred from clothing or direct from animal) Violation of the above requirements in section #1 will result in an automatic loss of the entire $1000 deposit plus the cost of professional cleaning from a detail shop of owners choice. (Section #2) No cleaning fish in camper No fish smell in fridge/freezer No damage to tires from road hazards. Do make sure to close all windows if there are camp fires around. Do return camper undamaged. Do return camper in reasonably clean condition Do return camper with grey and black tanks empty unless you would like to pay $50 to have it done for you Do wash the exterior of the camper to remove bugs and road grime unless you would like to pay $100 to have it done for you Do wash all the dishes that are used Do fill gas and propane unless you want to pay $25 (plus the cost of fuel and propane) to have it done for you Do put all used bedding and towels in the shower area Violation of items in section #2 will result in partial or total loss of security deposit and any addition costs to restore camper to the condition it was in when it was picked up.
