Yes, visitors are allowed to park on our apartment complex premises in any of the open, unassigned outside parking spaces.

Does the van have an imperfections or cosmetic damage to be aware of?
A.
Yes, there is a cosmetic crack in the windshield. Some small pieces of the wood buildout occasionally delaminate.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Generally, lots. So long as you are willing to pick up and drop off on your schedule, and check in with me via phone or text, we can make it happen!

Does the van have blind spot monitoring?
A.
Unfortunately, no blind spot monitoring. That said, there are windows on all sides for fairly good visibility, and double mirrors on each side.
