RV was a bit dirty, and the toilet had leaks

I don't normally write reviews. This is my third time renting through the Outdoorsy app. I had a bad experience with this rental. While Leo was cordial during our text message conversation in the app, the camper was not ready to be rented. The camper had a propane tank that was empty and we didn't realized until we got to our destination in the middle of the night. Therefore, we couldn't cook food that night. Then, we realized that the water heater didn't work either, probably because we didn't have gas, even though it looked like it should have worked with electric power, but the bottom line is it didn't work. When we connected the camper to the water line, we noticed that the toilet had a pretty bad leak, so we had to go outside to turn the water line on and off so that the camper didn't get flooded. The keys for the camper were not in the camper, so we had to bring valuables with us. There was not a real mattress where the queen mattress is located; instead, just a rug over plywood. Bottom line we had to return the camper the next day, and we didn't get reimbursed for the day we didn't use the camper.
