To keep your journey safe and smooth, please follow these important guidelines: Clean & Respectful Use -No smoking or vaping in the van (cleaning fee applies) -Pets allowed with care — keep them off bedding unless covered -No climbing on the roof or rough off-roading -Please return Belle clean and tidy Fuel & Fluids -Diesel only — return with a full tank -Monitor DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) on long trips -Use RV-safe toilet paper only (provided) Power & Water -A/C requires shore power to operate -Conserve battery and water when off-grid -Don’t overfill tanks; empty gray/black tanks if possible Timing -Pickup: 4:00 PM or later -Return: by 11:00 AM -Let us know if you need an early or late adjustment Driving Tips -No extreme terrain or rock crawling -Mind low clearances — Belle is tall (11ft Clearance) -Drive responsibly; she’s strong but heavy You’ll receive a digital guide and walk-through video before departure.
