Hello, and welcome to our page! Our unit is very versatile and can be used as a camper only, or put your toys in and head out for the ride! It sleeps 8 and can accommodate up to 10 by bringing an air mattress along if needed. There is a 23" tv with dvd stereo system and speakers outside to enjoy your evenings by the fire or to sit out under the canopy and enjoy. It has on-demand hot water, solar, 20 gallon fuel tank for toys and generator which will leave full and is the responsibility of the renter to return full, usb ports, central heat, many features that i can gladly go over at any time! We also have a stabilizer hitch that is included with your rental to help you get to where you will be camping as safely as possible! This unit comes with everything you need including camp chairs, dishes, and mattress covers that are moisture proof and cleaned after every use to make your trip as inclusive as possible. our unit is a non-smoking only unit so please smoke outside the unit if you are a smoker. I am here for you to show you how everything works at the time of pickup and will also be providing check lists for you to use as a guide. thanks and we look forward to serving you!
