Welcome to your glorious relaxing and convenient retreat. From the hotel grade mattress on the master bed to the convenience of solar power allowing for sustainability in off-grid locations, we hope we've thought of it all. Our hope is that your rental provides you with that home away from home comfort that can only be topped by your evenings spent under a nights sky filled with a myriad of stars. Whether you are making it a quick weekend away or extending your stay for longer, we seek to ensure that all of your needs have been anticipated and you are therefore able to simply relax and unwind or take in the beauty of nature and time away with family and friends.
Qué incluye• Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and utensils, paper products, spices and dish cleaning supplies
• Bedroom linens and extra pillows
• Bathroom towels and wash cloths ( 4 of each), TP
• Outdoor chairs and rug to create a clean living space outside and prevent tracking of dirt inside
• Propane tanks (2). Tanks will be supplied full, but customer will be charged for cost to refill if any used.Otros detalles importantesWe are flexible on many things if we are able to be. Vacations are meant to be a relaxing experience so if there is any way we can help you achieve that, feel free to ask. I do require renters to purchase RV insurance through Outdoorsy….any level of protection is fine.

• The trailer tires are speed rated for 75 mph so do not exceed this speed as you drive.
• The vehicle utilized to tow this trailer must have a trailer brake controller (for electric brakes) and a towing capacity well in excess of the trailers gross weight. In addition, the vehicle must be in good running condition, especially the brakes, tires, and suspension.
• If you are inexperienced at towing trailers, please drive slower than usual and allow extra space between you and any vehicle you are following, or structures you may be driving near.
• No smoking, vaping, or doing any incite drugs inside the trailer, or close enough to it that the smell enters the trailer. These odors are hard to eliminate and that expense will be passed on to you.
• No utilizing the outdoor ladder or climbing on top of the trailer.
• Be sure to empty the black and grey water tanks prior to returning the trailer.
• Do not flush any man-made products down the toilet other than the toilet paper that is supplied with the trailer.
• Do not allow food debris to be rinsed down any of the sinks. There is no disposal on the kitchen sink and damage could occur to the plumbing and/or a backup could happen causing damage to the structure of the trailer. The renter will be held liable if either occurs.
• Although the trailer is well insulated and has been retrofitted with heat tape on the water lines, significant damage can occur to the unit when used in cold weather conditions. As a result, the owner retains the right to cancel any reservation which have been made during weather conditions which may damage the trailer.
