Mariah consistently answered calls, was available at all times, and responsive to questions. She accommodated short-notice rentals and was flexible with a lost key incident.

The van generally drove fine, providing a phenomenal and comfortable ride. It includes great AC, TV, and numerous other features, although some safety features were intermittently faulty.

4.0Overall, the Van drove fine, however some of the safety features did not work. For example, the cruise control did not work, blind spot and lane alert worked sometimes and other times did not work. The AC was great, and the TV was a nice feature. It was very windy on our trip, and the wind adjust feature will scar the crap out of you. I would book this van again. The owner was always available and explained the house battery needed to be replaced and that would fix the safety issues. Hope gets this done.
