Meet Penelope—a 2019 Thor Axis 24.1 Class A RUV (that’s Recreational Utility Vehicle, but we like to call her the Rolling Ultimate Vacationmobile). She’s the perfect blend of maneuverability and comfort: small enough to slip into most campsites and parking spots, but big enough to stretch out and relax.Whether you’re road-tripping through national parks, chasing coastal sunsets, or just escaping for a long weekend, Penelope is packed with everything you need to make the journey just as fun as the destination.Why Penelope Is a Total Catch:

- Return Penelope clean and with:
• A full tank of gas
• A dumped/emptied black and gray tank
• Propane refilled (if used)
- Treat the RV with respect—she’s someone’s home on wheels
- Use only RV-safe toilet paper (provided)
- Use leveling blocks and be mindful of clearance. The motorized stabilizers are NOT leveling blocks, they just keep Penelope stable.
- Contact us with any issues—sooner is always better!
DON'T:
- No smoking or vaping inside the RV—violators will be charged a $500 cleaning fee
- No climbing on the roof
- No off-roading or travel on unpaved roads
- No towing without prior written approval
- No attendance at festivals or large events unless previously discussed
- No unauthorized pets (unless you’ve gotten the green light)
- No speeding (please keep it under 70 mph)
- Avoid driving in high winds or icy conditions
- Return by the agreed-upon check-in time or notify us of delays
- Only use awning in light wind—never leave it extended unattended
