The couch sits in front of the electric fireplace with the TV and folds into a bed. The fireplace has settings to adjust the heat, color, and flames. The dining table also folds into a bed. There is a private room with a queen bed with a comfortable mattress. There are also outdoor speakers you can use while using the outdoor stove that folds out and a fridge. Dual-zone audio system with Bluetooth capability, connect any device. The appliances are new and the A/C and heat work so well. Plenty of outlets and USB ports.We will provide coffee and basic toiletries. We will also provide bath and hand towels.Qué incluyeFresh linen for the queen bed, bath towels and wash cloths, camping chairs, portable high chair, paper towels, basic toiletries, silverware, plates, cups, coffee, toaster, gamesHoses & Cables (30 Amp power cable w/ surge protector, septic hose, fresh water lines)Otros detalles importantesNO SMOKING, any sign or smell of smoke inside the rv will result in 100% loss of depositRv toilets should be flushed with plenty of water and NO WIPES, female products, or regular toilet paper should ever be flushed!! We will supply plenty of Rv toilet paper :)We have a SRA that we will send to you to review once you are booked.When cooking, try not to use the stove when cooking greasy foods (bacon) with a strong odor.Try and keep doors closed when there is a fire going. The camp fire smell takes awhile to go away:(Trailer is to be returned in the condition it was picked up in. If this is not done there will be a 150.00 cleaning fee. A 300.00 deep cleaning fee is applicable if required
