As regular renters, we've seen all kinds of trailers, and worked with lots of hosts. This trailer is in great shape with a layout we like a lot, and the host was informative and accommodating. We especially appreciated the load balancing hitch as we picked up on an especially windy afternoon. The listing was accurate, and while there is a basic quantity of disposable dinnerware, and some cookware, so not exactly turn key, but still a great experience. While we didn't exercise the batteries as we were on shore power, but everything gives me confidence in there capability. Thanks for the great weekend!

Having the RV delivered was really great. We were just disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the trailer and the way it has been maintained between use. We had no hot water our entire stay. Arnold was easy to talk with. We appreciate and enjoyed our time in Pendleton. Thank you

Clean and spacious RV with all amenities you could need. They were so nice to include chairs and a cooler too! They provided videos on how to start the generator and how to work all the buttons which was so helpful1 for a first timer like me! They picked up and dropped off the RV at the camp site which was so helpful for someone who is from out of town! 10/10 hope to do this again soon.

Arnold was amazing and was quick to respond to my questions. RV arrived in time for my event and was in working condition. This made my stay worry free.
